My interest in health, well-being, and complementary therapies has shaped much of my life. It was only after facing breast cancer myself that I truly experienced how powerful reflexology can be. That transformative period motivated me to pursue clinical training as a reflexologist a few years after finishing my treatment, launching a meaningful new chapter for me.
Offering reflexology sessions and observing clients relax and feel noticeably better brings me immense fulfillment. Witnessing these positive shifts is deeply rewarding.
Nature continually inspires me, and I find great joy in the scenic beauty around me. While I've previously lived in bustling cities throughout the UK and Asia, I now consider it a privilege to call the tranquil countryside of Dumfries and Galloway home. The rolling green hills, peaceful lochs, and dramatic coastline provide a profound sense of comfort and serenity.
Since my late teens, practising yoga has brought me balance, peace, and resilience in navigating life's challenges. I'm passionate about music and dance, and treasure outdoor moments shared with my lovely partner and dogs.
I'm proud to be a full member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR) and hold insurance through Alan Boswell Insurance.
I trained at the Complimentary Therapy School and I have Level 5 diploma in Clinical Reflexology accredited by the University of West Scotland.
